I was shocked. I arrived around 9 p.m. and staff even look on my rezervation and told me to wait for 30 minutes, cause girl on the reception hat to go and did not care. When the guy came, i had to wait another 15 minutes for him to make himself a coffe and sendwich.

It was a nice enough place for the price. The showers were disgusting but the rooms were nice. I met a lot of really crazy people... Literally there were people in my room snorting cocaine. That, of course, was not the hostel's fault, but it was an intense experience all the same. And security sucks. The door to the luggage room can be pushed open. You don't even need the key. Great location though. Like 2 minutes walk from O'Connell St.

Toilets depends on your luck with the room. The two ive seen one was great the other horrible (no toilet seat, tiny and often filthy) Showers are a disaster, and the toilets in the common area aswell (the ladies one does not have a single lockable toilet). Rooms are rather ok for the price you pay, and kitchen aswell. Its not the cleanest ever, but good enough. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help, the biggest plus of the hostel. Location is perfect, 5mins from a main street f
