Very good location. Had a nice stay. The only thing is they advertise bilingual staff which is unfortunately not the case.

We were delayed a day due to pilots strike - were only charged for 1 night. Limited English but got our message across - will recommend

Unless you are fluent in spanish it is difficult to communicate with the people who run this place. However, once you cross that communication divide it is not so bad. There is no meeting place or living room for people to hang out in and a lot of noise can be heard through the walls. My first impressions having flown in from Buenos Aires were that there was no atmosphere. I frantically ran to the nearest cafe/bar looking for travelers and ideas. Still, if you are with a group this place is fine, just not sure if the cost is worth it.
