The room was spacious though in dire need of refurbishment. The bathroom looked as though it were more likely to leave you less clean than you were when you stepped into it. The room faced the road which made it pretty noisy, though after midnight, the traffic was all but stopped. The staff were friendly, though initially tried to recharge us our deposit, but after using an internet terminal to show our sale receipt, they were happy to take the amount. It just seemed that they weren't very informed as to what the costs should be. We ended up changing after one night to Little Hanoi which was closer to the centre, cleaner and cheaper. In other words, no contest.
