Highly recommended. It is a great base if you want go back and forth from Kota Kinabalu. Right in city centre, 15 mins from airport. Amazing value, clean, very cheap, fast internet, great staff. Don't be put off by the entrance staircase which is not that hygenic. Only down side, small lounge area, so less socialising.

Good location, very friendly staff. Only complaint would be the shared showers/toilets are a bit small but otherwise it's a fine place for the price.
