Xavier met us on time at the airport and was excellent assisting us arrange a tour and other flight tickets. His English and French is fantastic. However the cost of the room (US$26) in comparison to other similar hotels in the middle of District 1 we stayed at (US$17-$25) later is probably too high due to the location out of the city requiring transport, and the slight uncleanliness and general condition of the room. US$15-$18 would be more realistic. Otherwise, great hosts and very hospitable.

We are a family of 4. This is geat value. Xavier is a brilliant host and Ms. Hung is delightful, organised and extremely good at her job. We ended up staying for 6 nights. Home away from home. The location is good and bad. It is remarkably quiet for Saigon so you get lot's of sleep. It was a bit of a problem for us because our daughter became quite ill and the trip to town became an issue. Would have been easier if we were in town them one of us could have stayed with her while the others went out walking. We had to get taxis in which meant we had to do everything together. This would not be an issue under normal circumstances. By the way, this place does your laundry for free every morning!!!!

I like this hotel verymuch,becouse IT's builted in very safe area,and I'm sure this hotell's staffs are very kind . it's very comfortable to me.
