The breakfast is bad. The food was cold. The coffee / tea was served with diluted condense milk - yuckee... We have to re-order and made special request to get a hot toast & eggs. The fillet unfortunately still stone cold.

The room was lovely, really clean, couldnt fault it. Problem is the hostel is in the middle of no-where, you have to get a taxi to get to a restaurant. There is a free breakfast and a restaurant on sight if you dont want to go out. Would probably choose somewhere more central next time.

The lady at the reception counter was cold and unfriendly. However, she was the exception, most of the other staff we met were great. The hostel was old but it could be seen that amenities were well maintained and the room and bath clean. Something could be done though regarding the linen - towels were pretty old, they were not enough. Bedsheets were clean but my body itched - my feeling is that it was due to the blanket or matttress. Overall, a nice place, reasonably priced, good location - and I would certainly recommend it to my friends.
The Indian woman working at the front desk was very unhelpful and rude. She did not give directions to the city center, had a poor attitude and made the experience overall very poor. I hope this problem will be remediated in the future.

the place was ok.. air conditioning and hot water, tv - so everything you need to have a pleasant stay.. maybe the location was not so great - a little far from the center of the city. but if you take a bus or a taxi its ok!
