Taxi drivers from the airport absolutely refuse to come here for less than fifty Yuan, and the police agree with them. The online map is in Chinese only, making it almost impossible to find. It's not actually a hotel, it's an office halfway up an office building. The photo on the website is actually the lobby to the building which they don't own. Even the reception staff in the building don't know it. Finally, the reception staff of the building phoned around and got someone to come and get me. I was led up to an 'Apartment booking reception office', which is two woman sitting around a cluttered office, who had no clue of my booking, didn't know what hostelworld was, didn't actually have the single room I'd booked. So I was left in the middle of Kunming with no booking and ended up walking to Camellia where I got a single for 130. This isn't a hotel and shouldn't be allowed on hostelworld.

Only one person spoke very limited English. They did not honor thr deposit paid via the internet booking. They did not give us the correct room and over charged us. The rooms smell like mildew and the bathroom was very unclean. There did not seem to be internet as they advertised. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing was the location.

the hotel does not have reception desk on the first floor, so you can get really lost. No one spoke english so it was a nigthmare to find the reception, the hotel, and to checkout. The room was nice and clean. I got there at ten at night and there was no one on the first floor to let me know were the rooms were, because the Hotel is only located in the 17,18 and 19 floors, or something like that, and I left earñy in the morning and it was hardly imposssible to find some one to leave the keys with.
