brand new, clean, well organised for those who check in during the night (you get the code of the entrance in your booking confirmation letter), unusuall interior, looks like they had professional architect ! no windows because it.s underground but you dont even notice it!! next building to the hostel is 7eleven supermarket, location 10min by feet, in the one of the main streets..I strongly recommend it!!!

You feel like you're in a prison to be honest, with rules and fines being thrown at you left right and centre. You're banned from using your sleeping bag so you have to pay for their linen, and the reception is never manned. Functional, but an awful place to stay as you're never made to feel welcome, and expect to pay more than what's listed. We'll never stay there again Giles, York
