I went to 3 different hostels while in Rome and this was by far the worst! Really really SHITTY neighborhood, lots of homeless people and it smelled like pee. I am a girl who's not usually easily afraid but i didn't want to go out at night in that neighborhood! Guy working there didn't speak a word of English or French, only Italian which can be problematic when you only know the basics. No common room, only common corridor! The bathrooms seemed okay but i didn't get to take a shower as i was re

The toilet is very dirty. The kitchen really messy, dirty and small, no space for socialising. The beds old and uncomfortable. But, I mean, you get what you pay.
