Good place in general but location isnt so good. and the closing time from 2am to 430 is not very nice

Never been to a dorm like this before... very Tokyo! Small little shelf you sleep in but actually quite comfortable. Nice TV and TV room on the 9th floor. 2AM Curfew and 100 Yen showers a bit of a drag but would stay there again.

If your priority is to stay near Shinjuku and Shibuya, then we recommend Ace Inn. But, the place is quite bland and not much value added in terms of extra service. You are pretty much just paying for a bed. The hostel does a good job of keeping the place clean, but the people who stayed there kept leaving empty beer cans everywhere which was unappealing. The security could also be better too.

Social area on top floor was great for meeting new people and then heading out into the city.
The 2:30am to 4:30am curfew is a little weird, since it's only 2 hours perhaps there shouldn't be a curfew at all. The staff was great, extremely helpful and I had a great time there.
