You don't stay where you check in, so be prepared for an extra 15 minutes of walking. We stayed in a large apartement for 7 people - it was amazing! Right in the center of Florence and a great place to come home to at night.

bit dissapointed, we had to walk for 15 min wit our bags n it was so hot, the apartment thay put us in was very eery, it was like some old ladies home, we were quite spooked out, dont think wel be back, it ruined our florance experiance.

For reasons of renovation, I can't really blame the hostel for having a separate location for their reception desk and hostel but it is inconvenient to carry around a heavy back pack and drag luggage in their italian streets to the hostel and carry it in a flight of stairs to take the elevator. To take a bath, you enclose the toilet bowl with you. The drain of their shower sucks,it almost flooded the room. But the location of the hostel itself is amazing though.

Es un buen lugar pero sin mas... los cuartos tienen un olor raro y el desayuno es bastante escueto. Casi no ves al staff y no hay lockers. Lo bueno es que esta cerca de varios lugares turisticos
The apartment we stayed in was really nice and cozy. But the stay was marred by the blackout that happened after we plugged in an international adaptor into a power socket. We ended up not being able to bathe for the night as there was no hot water. Thankfully though, for the help of the staff, who came over to help get the lights back on a few hours later. It would have been a nicer stay if we could charge our mobile phones and cameras in the apartment!
