It's a great location and easy to reach most famous places in Hong Kong.
We stayed in a 3 person private ensuite room. It was small, but neat and clean. There was construction noise in the mornings, but HK is pretty noisy anyway. We also had to conserve the hot water so that all 3 of us could have a hot shower. Amazing location, though, and perfect for cheap accommodations.
Unfriendly water heating system freezed us after we took a shower for 10 minutes. An constant unpleasant came from the drainage and toilet. It's terrible. Unclear sign for the hostel as there are a number of names for the same hostel in the building. Clean bed and 24 hours help desk are definitely worth to mention :)

I must admitt that although it started badly when we arrived to the hostel it ended up going very well throughout the all stay. First it is a very tricky situation and not nice at all to book a hostels instead of another for many reasons read on the web site and when one arrives to the place finding out that both places are actually owned by the same owner, both same location and building just different floors and differnt names!!!! This is a clever scam because one read bad reviwes about a place and choose another one instead but actually it is the same, just have several names and differnt floors but just one reception for all the hostels! Also, when looking for it, the acttual floor and door number does not have a anyone or a reception, a simple closed door( where the rooms are)and someone comes from the "other"hostels to escort you for the check in saying it is the same coorporation. Lastly, one person passing by and seeing us standing outside in the corridor looking for the hostel said that there was none on that floor, and finally when realised there was one he said it was illegal, just residencial and offices??!!I do not know if this was true. On the other hand we were very pleased with the service and rooms after this incident, having come from Knowloon and having stayed at a terrible hostel there in all aspects this was a bliss. Excelent location, staff helpull, rooms very cleaned and basic facilities and all working! I think this practice with the names should be resolve as this particular hostel( Comfort), just a corridor with rooms has great conditions but gives a bad impression at start and can be scary for a foreigner,we only stayed because we saw the room and it was nice and too late to make new booking. Two more downpoints are the internet room lacks conditions and there is not a living room, cafe, lounge or any area to relax. Please do not post my name and details about this reviwe.Thank you.

Rooms and particularly bathrooms are quite small, but in Hong Kong, most things are as space is at such a premium. Very good value for money & staff are great.
