Very nice and clean hotel. Lovely hotel owner and pretty newly-born boy. Since the hotel owner used to be the tour guide, she gave a lot of advices on my trip to Halong Bay. well-prepared breakfast. though Halong City didnt have a lot to see. But i dont regret and really feel happy to stay with them. nx time if i come to Halong again, i will still choose this hotel.

We can really recommend this hotel and its WONDERFUL staff to all people who like to discover the Halong Bay beside the usual tourist boat trips. But be prepared that it is really beside the touristic scene!!!
Hotel is very much out of the way for those wishing to sample the tourist centre at Bai Chay the other side of the bridge. No staff spoke english and tried to overcharge me upon checkout. Advice is to print off the email receipt to produce upon checking out, then there can be no arguments!

The hotel staff could not be nicer. They have a motorcycle for your use. The location is away from the tourist area so you will need dong. It pays to ride the city bus which is frequent and cheap. The hotel is located in Hong Gai. It may be hard to find as phone number is from Hanoi and folks were confused as to its loction. The room was beautiful!
