Very helpful staff, organised local tours and bike hire for us as well as a driver and van to take us on a ramble back to the train. Very clean and helpful with a great breakfast with lots of choice. Nothing was too much trouble and little things like bringing us a pot of tea while we were relaxing in the garden reading - without us asking. Thanks for a wonderful stay in SaPa and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Excellent location - Food that is beyond belief - wine, the variety that would satisfy anyone,s taste- Staff absolutly gorgeous, helpful and totally professional. A stay at Cha Pa gardens is a memorable experience that you will remember and talk about for a long time. A special thanks to Tommy and his wife and to Sho our guide organised by Tommy for an unforgettable experince trecking in the mountains in areas were other tourists weren't.

The stay at the hotel helped to make our trip to Sapa really special. Because it is a really small hotel, service was really personal and we really felt that it was a quiet sanctuary from the chaos in the town of Sapa. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Sapa.
