Booked a 5-bed dorm room, but was put in a room with 8 bunk beds (though, there were max 3 ppl in the room during my 3-day stay). The room had no windows, but there was a clean, spacious bathroom. BE PREPARED TO PAY!!!: additional 5 euro/day for airconditioning (ridiculous!), 5 euro for very, very simple breakfast, timed internet and more charge for the pool access, etc. The reception staff was quite rude and unhelpful.

We booked a 4 bed room that on the website was shown as large and spacious. We received a six bed tiny dorm. Our room was opened at 7am by the staff and we were all woken up by male hotel staff talking. No apologies were made. The room was unbearably hot and stuffy with no air-con and the window opened up onto the hall. The website states that breakfast is included which we were told on arrival wasn't and also we were told parking was included and it wasn't. Your website directly states http
