Very helpful staff. Hotel car provided reliable pick-up from airport despite airline delay. Very good value for money. Adjacent to Thamel tourist district. Nice garden.Restaurant staff accommoadated us for early brwakfast.Recommended.

This place is a 1 minute walk from Thamel. It has a nice courtyard, great breakfast, friendly helpful staff, and the rooms are very comfortable for the price, even the budget ones. We were happy with the hotel so we went back when we returned to Kathmandu.

The hostel is a good bargin and its only about three minutes away from the main tourist area Thamel which is nice since you do not have the noise.We would stay there again

The staff were very helpful, the off-street setting with garden is nice, food was good and I really appreciated having a hot shower with decent water pressure! Excellent value. My only real quibble - the sheets were a bit marginal.
Great, nice, helpful staff!!! The best food in hotel's restaurant!!! Very good location in the centre of Thamel!!! Sagar - hotel manager is taking care of all his guests!!! Sabin, your travel specialist, will help you arrange your great holidays in Nepal (bus transfers, hotels, car transfers etc.). The Encounter Nepal is the best hotel in Nepal! And my fauvorite!!! I hope to come back there soon...
