The treatment I received when I arrived was despicable!I arrived at the same time as another booking and the staff presumed I was one of them!There was no bed for me so I was offered a couch!I was not given a key for the property!The rooms were tiny!In the end the other group were not accepted and the staff would not let me stay at all!At 6pm I had to look for alternative accommodation!I would not recommend this Pension to anyone!The only reason I booked a Pension was because I wanted to stay in
