wonderful atmosphere: little wooden houses all over the place, huge guest-kitchen very well equipped, amazingly nice and relaxed stuff AND perfectly clean sanitary equipmen!

I loved the place! After reading the other comments i was a bit nervous, but when I came there it was a great place. They HAD locks on the doors, they also had a little shop, the showers was ok. I dont know what people expekt when they go to a hostel. Its not a hotel. But it was a great place, really.

Ok...we knew the hostel wasnt in Amsterdam but we didnt realsie how far out! The directions wernt helpful and we ended up asking some Dutch girls to get there. We had to get a metro to nearly the end of the line then a bus for about 15mins. Mission! We got there and just incase you havnt read the website properly, THERE ARE NO SHEETS and you are charged for sleeping bags and showers. The kitchen was good for packpackers. Good quite place... perfect if you have a car and drive to any of Amsterdam's park & ride (6euros, all day parking and free tickets for the trams)...
