no indication that there is a lock out from 11-2. Also, freezing showers. The beds are really small and shake every time you move on them.

It was my 1st time in a hostel but I did find having only 2 washrooms for 20+ people kinda hectic. Make sure you get up well before lockout at 11 am if you want time to shower and get your stuff in order.

WORST place i was on all summer. They pack people in rooms, and have two bathrooms for 50 people. The staff was very in helpful as well. Oh and good luck finding it, they have a small sigh on a building next to starbucks, SMALL SIGN.

Excellent hostel.. location could not be better.. very clean.. staff very helpful!! they answered any question i had!!good kitchen!! would have helped if the directions explained how to get there from the train station!! For those who are confused like i was, it is directly above the station.. just above Starbucks!!

Definately the worst hostel I\'ve stayed in, no character, no space, the staff really had no interest in helping us out at all, far too many beds, the main dorm is on the corner of one of the biggest intersections in Madrid, and they leave the window open. Bring earplugs. They try to charge you for everything - €12 for washing! There are 2 bathrooms with showers, no separate toilets so in the morning you better be prepared to hold on... Could not recomend this place less.
