Bathrooms smelled long wait for shower in the morning, rest of hostel was clean. The christian agenda was a little annoying but I was warned. Great location. Nice breakfast. Kind of loud at night though because of the location if your room faces the street.

This place was garbage. They close the doors at 2am, which is tough to make in Amsterdam, plus they all praise Jesus a lot and the shower stalls don´t really block other people from looking into your shower. I left 2 days early and was assessed a huge penalty that the jerkoff manager didn´t mention before or have posted anywhere. Thank JESUS I got out of here sooner!

If you are female and don't want to stay in a 16 bed dorm, be warned that you will have to drag your luggage up 3 flights of stairs, two being a tight spiral staircase. There were not enough showers and, being in the Red Light District, it was very loud at night. Also, don't bother asking the staff for directions to anywhere - they didn't seem to know anything. However, the breakfast was good and free.
