The bedding provided wasnt brilliant and the rooms were a bit small. However the staff were friendly and helpfull and the location was excellent! So as long as you are ok with small elevators your fine.

Small rooms, only one bathroom for over 10 people, not very clean, no common room. Everyone gets lost on the way there (just keep walking, the address numbers jump all over the place). Really loud in the morning because the Galleria Academia is half a block up and all the tours pass right outside. Great location, near everything.

The David Inn was so much fun! The staff is friendly and helpful and always willing to show you around and engage in conversation. The rooms are clean and spacious, and although there is only one bathroom, there was never any trouble using it and I never had to wait. It is literally in the best spot in Florence, right next to the David and the duomo. The incredible staff - Dani and Julie - made our stay in Florence unforgettable! The David Inn is incredible!
One cold shower for 20 people to share, a bed that doesnt support your body weight, and nowhere to hang out and meet people. The only redeeming things were that it was right next to the museum where the statue of David is kept, and everything else in Florence is in walking distance.
