This residence was a very cozy place to stay. It is a home environment not a typical hostel stay. The residents are quite young. It was very clean and was well maintained. Lovely environment and surroundings. The only not so excellent part of the stay was that the residence is not located very near to the main tourist areas.

You need CASH money for paying accommodation. Nobody from the staff (except Mercedes - she acknowledges you the booking by e-mail) speaks English. But almost all guests speak English and some of them speak Spanish so they help translate. Pleasant atmosphere. Very close to TV tower. Near (100 m) to the underground (metro O'Donnell ) - easy to get to the airport (O'Donnell-6-Nuevos Ministerios-8-Aeropuerto) and all interesting places.
