Sivarin guesthouse is a guesthouse at Samsen 3,offers a homey and romantic atmosphere, which is surrounded by the great and relaxing natural environment of the Chao phaya River, and the charming area of Old Town close by Khaosan Road and Rama VIII bridge,next to Chao Phraya River,not to far from Temple of the Emerald Buddha and wat Po.

We have 8 rooms 4 types.
1.Superior Double Room with Fan
2.Superior Double Room with AC
3.Family room(Double Bed and Single Bed)
4.Mixed Dorm AC shared bathroom (Air-con operating 18.00 - 11.00 hrs. (2 bunk beds max 4 persons)

All room rates include ABF breakfast (scramble eggs or fried eggs,sausage,toast,butter and jam,coffee,tea,cocoa,juice.)
Free internet and Wi-Fi.
Complementary a bottle of drinking water person per day
Daily clean up service.
Laundry service.
Private out door patio.
Electric current:220 volt.

***We provide hot and cold showers and have only shared bathrooms***
Free shampoo,conditioner and bath gel.

Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy is 48hours before arrival time.
In case of a late cancellation or a no show we will charge our guests a fee equivalent to the price of the first night.

- Unfortunately we do not accept payment by credit cards. Only Thai baht.
- Room rates include ABF breakfast .
- Room rates are for 2 people only. (an extra person without an extra bed will be charge 150 baht.)
- Check-in time is 1:00 p.m. and Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. (midday).
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and individual policies.
- Office time 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- After check-in you will get a key so you can come and go from Sivarin Guesthouse at any time you wish.

Our guesthouse have only double bed no twin bed and shared bathroom.
