We are located in the middle of the famous 'La Rambla', 5 minutes walk from 'Plaza Catalunya' and 'Maremagnum'. Our hostel provides one of the choicest locations in all of Barcelona. We are located in the 'Barrio Gotico' next to all the main hotspots.
In addition to being conveniently located aside Liceu Metro station, EVERY famous attraction is within walking distance from our location!
We create an environment for young travellers looking to visit the city, meet new people and have fun! Our multilingual staff is ready to assist your whole stay in city and will show you all it has to offer. We also organise regular activities such as free walking tours, pub crawls, nights out and much more! We have communal Wi-Fi accessible from all areas of the hostel free of charge for all guests. Our accommodation is a unique city style hostel; all rooms have a different theme from rock music to film classics. These are just a few features that make Cool hostel the ideal place for your visit. Please note: For reservations arriving from 1st of November 2012 a tourist tax of 0.75 per person per night will apply for the first 7 nights. Tourist tax is NOT included in price of reservation and is to be paid at lodging establishment on arrival
Our accomodation is very unique you won't probably find nothing similar anywere else.
All our rooms have differents themes from music or movies.
We provide the following type of accomodation:
- 6 bed dorms mix
- 6 bed dorms female
- 4 bed dorms mix
- Private double rooms

Excellent location, that's the best thing for cool hostel. Otherwise, the beds are not bad (but don't take a look under it, not really clean). When it's full of people you've got to wait for the toilets and showers a little bit. Nada, from Tunisia ~ 15th May 2013

There weren't enough toilets/showers and the bathrooms weren't super clean. The location, however, was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Definitely a great place to stay if you want proximity to a lively area with lots of attractions. Suzanne, from USA ~ 14th May 2013
