Residenz 2000 Hotel in Berlin, Tyskland

Our hotel and hostel welcomes you warmly to a stylish and memorable stay in our home. The Residenz 2000 is both a hotel and a hostel of extraordinary class.

The hotel offers in total 280 beds, two elevators, two staircases, balconies, underground parking, a restaurant with a bar and a welcoming lobby. Each hotel room comprises of up to 2 separate rooms with a luxury shower and toilet. Each of these rooms is equipped with lockable cabinets relative to the number of beds as well as flatscreen TVs. Most rooms have a balcony.

The reception is open daily from 07:00 � 22:00 pm.

The beds and mattresses of hotel quality have been completely renewed during our extensive refurbishment process in early 2011.

Residenz 2000 offers the guests a great variety of games, including a Playstation 3, various board games and also a DVD player with a selection of more than 400 DVDs.

We offer a rich breakfast on a daily basis from 7:30 to 10:30 am. Breakfast is not included in the price. If you want to experience more of Berlin's rich cultural landscape, its beautiful sights and its exhilarating nightlife, we are happy to assist you with that.

On special holidays such as New Year's Eve and/or for larger groups, we offer to drive our guests to their destination anywhere in Berlin and return them safely back home by the end of their trip. (return ticket �4.00 per person).

You can also take the S1train (S-Bahn line 1) that offers a 24-hour service to city centre and to Brandenburg Gate (journey time approx. 15 min. and 10 min to the �Potsdamer Platz�).



Our reception opening time is from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Our hotel and hostel is suitable for families, smaller groups, backpackers and bigger groups as well. You can lend a lap top, playstations, dvds and games. Our Asian Restaurant and our Lobby invite to funny evenings.
