the worseplace ... the woman in he recepion was impolite and she said i didnt have a reservation wheni didhave one ... at the last minute i had to looking for a new place ... dont book here!! Janeth, from Peru ~ 14th Feb 2013

The front desk woman was extremely rude and kept walking away during our conversation with her about them losing our reservation (which happened to several other people there too). They separated my friend and I into 2 dorm rooms (even though we reserved a private room for 3 nights). Alex, the host, was extremely nice and friendly, but the place was very unprofessional, the water turned off frequently, and everything felt dirty.
