Staff was very helpful when we arrived, helping us find places to go out. When I wanted to shorten the length of my stay (due to being able to stay at a friend's apartment) it was very easy to arrange the cancellation by a couple of days. Since I stayed in the winter, the rooms were a little cold. The heater/ac unit wasn't quite effective enough to warm the room. It would be nice if there were some hooks or shelves in the shower area to place toiletries too. William, from USA ~ 21st Feb 2013
