If your looking to relax by the sea in a traditional Thai style wooden bungalow or one of our new seafront ensuite rooms , in a secluded resort far from the commercial tourist chaos then try us. You won't be disapointed.
Cliff Cottage owners have now opened a diveshop and own 2 amazing diveboats with brand new rental gear. The prices are the lowest on the Island and the boats/instructors/gear and facilities all top notch. Openwater courses from 11,000baht for residents.
Visit www.scuba-dawgs.com for more info. Relax in the bar after your dive and socialise with other travellers and divers. The place to learn to dive is cliff cottage and don't forget that we now have a 100metre wreck also.

The wooden bar / restaurant, with free WIFI, is built over the sea in a private cove. There are very few places so picturesque.Its a great place to relax. If you need to be entertained and like the noisy bars then Cliff Cottage is NOT for you.
The bar area and many bungalows offer a great place to relax and watch the sunset or just lay in a hammock and listen to the sea.
Close to the Bang Bao pier nicely located for those seeking to travel on to the other islands, take boat trips or try snorkeling and diving. A whole host of activities are available to keep you entertained if you feel adventurous.
The only noise comes from the sea and all you can see is nature.
There is no loud music and no crazy parties. .
It is a traditonal Thai beach bungalow style resort.
The bungalows are rustic wooden style and all have a picturesque sea view and double bed The toilets and showers are located centrally. The new ensuite rooms are seafront with amazing views of Bangbao fishermans village.

The resort has a private cove with great snorkeling and fishing opportunities.
Customers have free access to DVD's and satelite tv. .
When you arive at Bang Bao we are a 10 minute walk away. Signposts are limited due to local restrictions.
It can be tricky to find, just ask a local for directions, when you arrive its worth it. We sometimes are able to collect you from the village. Please call to see if this is available.
We do not provide towels for basic huts, but we do provide towels for our ensuite rooms.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE LISTENED TO CUSTOMER FEEDBACK AND WE UPGRADED ALL MATTRESSES TO DELUX ONE'S.
If You need to cancel/amend the booking,please contact with us at least 7 days in advance.
When arriving on Koh Chang by ferry take a taxi to the very last stop, Bang Bao 7/11.
If you arrive late or have heavy bags please call for pick up, from Bang Bao. Phone box on 7/11 wal. My number will be emailed to you post booking, also you can see it on posters around Bang bao.
To walk to us is 7 minutes. Walk to the start of the pier, turn right on to a small path. Go around the Remark Puzi, resort keeping left at all times, past the 'Private Land No Entry' sign. Over the bridge then towards the house. Keep going by the water side and you arive at Cliff Cottage.
Sounds more complicated than it really is. Just keep left, close to the water and you find us.
If your confussed ask for Cliff Cottage or our neighbour Nirvana.
