Welcome to the Heynow Hostel!
Our newly opened (June 2011) hostel is where history meets modernity. Feel the atmosphere of Krakow in a comfortable, cosy and quiet place, situated in a newly restored mediaeval building. You will find us on Florianska - the main street of Krak�w, a few steps (about 20, to be more specific) from the heart of the city - the Main Market Square.
Tired? You can rest in our common room. Watch TV, check your e-mail (on our NetPC, or via free Wi-Fi), or simply relax on one of our comfy sofas and share your experiences with other guests.
Hungry? A fully equipped kitchen and dining room with free coffee and tea are at your disposal. We provide free continental breakfast as well. So you have just prepared a delicious meal, but have no one to share it with? Talk to our staff, after all, they are here for you.
Private Rooms:
* Twin bed private rooms, with two single beds (standard) or one bunk bed (basic),
* Triple private rooms, with three single beds.
Dorm Rooms:
* 4-beds, including two bunk beds,
* 6-beds, including three bunk beds.
We have 36 sleeping places, with shared bathrooms for all rooms (one bathroom for approximately 7 people).
We provide bed sheets and linen, lockers in every room (do not forget to bring your padlock).

Earliest Check-in time: 14:00
Latest Check-out time: 11:00
Arrived early? No worries, you can leave your luggage in our free storage space and go enjoy the atmosphere of the city, while we make your room ready.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy - late cancellations and no shows will be charged for the first night!
Stag party groups are not accepted. Group bookings are not available.
Hostel has a no smoking policy (although we have an outdoor smoking area). Alcohol abuse will not be tolerated.

Location is really good, right in the main street. Staff is very friendly, helping you withquestionsabout things to see, good going out places, etc. You can have a basic breakfast for free (bread, jam, cornflakes). There is a computer with free internet access. Minor points: the noise and cleanliness. You can hear everything that's going on in the hallway (not cool if you wake up because of some overenthusiastic kids running down the hallway) and the bathroom gets dirty really quickly.
