If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total balance of the reservation will be charged.
Prepayment: 25 percent of the the total price will be charged on the day of booking.
We preserve the the right to pre-authorize credit cards 7 days before arrival.

has extra terms and conditions that you should be aware of. These are:- Cancellations
have to be made at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival - If you cancel less than 30
days prior to arrival, you will be charged 90% of your balance - Your credit card will be
pre-authorized for the total amount at time of booking, latest 30 days before arrival (cancellation deadline).
