Recently renewed cozy apartment in the medieval 'Borgo' of Proceno, non-tourist village, still rich of genuine atmosphere located right at the border between Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria.
The Apartment 60 sqm is composed by:
- Ground floor - 1 kitchen with all utensils for everyday cooking, 1 very nice bathroom with large shower and 1 lounge
- First floor - 1 regular bedroom with double bed
Facilities: bed linen, towels and bathrobes, central heating, kitchen stove, crib and hair dryer.
Cost includes:
- a change of linen per week
- electricity, gas and water
- final cleaning
Extras on request: Bicycle rental directly through owners, maid service on a regular basis, central heating, transfers arrangements from/to Orvieto Rail Station.
