Captain´s Log House is a Peniche surf hostel located 2 min walking from the beach, at Baleal.

Captain´s Log House has a unique décor all dedicated to a comix character. It´s at the top ranking of Peniche hostel at Trip Advisor. Has 5 bedrooms all with shower and toilet. Two rooms are shared, 2 are private and 1 is a family bedroom (for 3). The legendary organic Captain´s brunch is served every morning from 20th October until June.

Free wi-fi, free park, balconies, grassed garden, outdoor enclosed area and barbecue, self catering, great music, occasionally beach parties. Surf; body board, paddle board, yoga, pilates, diving and other aquatic sports. Birdwatching, horse / donkey riding, wine tasting, sightseeing tours, etc.

The house has 5 bedrooms (some for 1 or 2 people, others for 3 or 4 people), all with private bathroom. Services included: bed linen and blankets, towels, equipped kitchen for self catering (with cooker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kitchen towels, etc), BBQ area , Cable TV and DVD player, DVDs, wireless internet, safety lockers, iron/ironing board, local and national information you may need (car and boat rental, taxi service, tour/sightseeing assistance, activities such as surfing, diving, cycling, golf, medical facilities, etc).

Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00 (if you sleep in and happen to stay after 12:00 you will be charged one extra day)
Check-in is possible any time after 14:00 as long as the guest provides information (either by email or phone) of the arrival time.

We do not take responsibility for our guests' personal belongings, and we recommend that personal valuables are kept inside safety deposit lockers. Services not included: airport pickup, laundry service, tours around the area.
Captain's Log House is a no smoking establishment, but guests are free to smoke outside in the garden.
Pets are not allowed.

Credit and debit cards are not accepted, cash only.
We request a €50 breakage deposit on arrival . This deposit is returned if no damage occurs.
