Whether you are staying a couple of nights or a couple of weeks, by yourself or as a group, Jewell House has great value accommodation to suit your needs. With more than 200 rooms on 10 floors, we provide a mixture of single, twin, double and family size rooms. Rooms do not have air-con.
Jewell House is close to public transport, cafes, shopping, cinemas and the Swan River. Attractions such as the Perth Mint, the WACA (Perth�s major cricket ground), Gloucester Park and Northbridge are only a short stroll away. Or if you don�t want to walk, the free Red CAT bus stops right at our doorstep.
Our facilities include 24 hour Reception, tour information and bookings, free limited car parking and some of the best views from any budget hotel in Perth. We pride ourselves on our genuine caring customer service and flexibility which is why we are one of Perth's longest operating budget hotels.
Throughout 2006 significant improvements have been made to rooms and facilities including new mattresses, bedding, carpet and paint.

Staffs of the house are mostly black, and so are the visitors. A staff at the front desk was not so patient that he urged my friend to pack our luggages out of their storage room. There were a refrigerator, a set of wardrobe and a small TV in the room. My room is next to the Godrich street, and noises of cars and people started early every morning. The facilities in the kitchen were poor. Overally, I would not choose YMCA Jewell House again if I have a chance to pay a second visit to Perth. LI, from China ~ 8th Nov 2012
