Rooms in a very spacious, fully furnished (200 m2) apartment with lots of sunlight and fresh air. High on the 8th floor of an upscale residential building with a 24hr Doorman in a safe area.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with gas water heating system. Bedroom 01 and 04 have private full bathrooms with shower. Bedroom 02 and 03 share common bathroom. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, 6 burner gas oven, blender, toaster, coffee machine etc .
Daily Brazilian Breakfast is included, as well as bed sheets and bath towels.
You can have your own private room - comfortable, sunny, clean.
**Attention: Your booking is for the private room, not for the whole apartment. We are a Bed & Breakfast, it means that I live in the apartment.**
