All of the nights booked should be paid upon arrival at the hostel.
The sheets and blankets are included in the price of the room.
All cancellations should be done by e-mail. It is not possible to do it by phone.
Our reception hours are from 8am to 2pm during the morning and then from 4pm to 8pm in the evening (from Monday to Saturday). Outside of these hours, we will try and attend you as quickly as possible.
Reservations for hen/stag nights are not accepted.
N.B. If you do not have a valid ID or Passport, you will not be able to stay in our property. In this case you will not be refunded any money that has previously been paid to the hostel.
When you arrive at the hostel, you should sign a check in book with your details and sign it accordingly.This is compulsory.
