I was out all the day but I liked the hostel and definitely will go there for my next trip to SF. The location is excellent and the price is reasonable.It was good except for the noise in the morning because of the renovation (it's a good thing I guess for future stays)what I didn't like is that you have to prepare your own breakfast( this is why I've never ate there).For those who have a T-mobile plan, don't hope to have service,none of us had service neither me nor my roommate. Me and my friend had a wonderful time here! The staff was exceptional (very good) and the location was just perfect to do everything. One thing, to use the shower you have to pull the nasal of the bottom hose and twist it and that'll activate the top. also, they have breakfast but all they provide is a pancake batter and you have to make it yourself and clean your own plates after. better to go outside and buy delicious breakfast :] overall i would highly recommend this place! The hostel is undergoing some renovation and it definitely needs a couple of upgrades ! Breakfast limited to pancakes (no bread, nothing) and kitchen kind of crappy. The room was OK though, and clean, but we were lucky because some dorms are located in noisy places (opening directly on the entrance hall or the dining hall). It was SO dirty I kind of couln't belive it! The whole bathroom was covered with mold it was gross! The kitchen was so dirty it was disgusting to use the dishes so I had to buy my own ones. I would recoment this place to very bad friends Daniela, from Germany ~ 18th Nov 2011
