I had great time in there! Good place to visit the whole city for not a lot of money.

It was ok for what we paid. The location is great. Very close to Union Square and all the tourist locations. The only problem is that the night we arrived there were some guest that were drunk in the common area. Other than that, it was ok.

Not bad for the price... and its within walking distance to shops and restaurants, however the neighborwood doesn't seem very safe. but overal a decent place :)

It is a very good hostel and is a typical San Francisco Victorian house/hotel. I would go back there again. Hostel is clean and has a good kitchen/common area. Private rooms are worth the price.

These people are criminals -- avoid them. They have a 24 hour cancellation policy and I cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, and they still charged my credit card. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well.

Hostel smelled a little, like gas or something but private room was good and had a mini fridge, microwave ad towels.

Well it was ok I guess, only I wish their mattress were in a better condition, they were old and shabby. And the bathroom was leaking. However, it's ok to stay because it's close to everything and its downtown. For next time I'll probably stay in there again.

Location is excellent, a few block after you are in city center. Night time is cold, maybe you will need extra blanket. Peoples are friendly and helpfull.
