We stayed in two different apartments. In the first one (the place to the right of reception, through the arch) the staff were excellent!!! The lady there was really friendly and helped us loads, offering maps and explaining transport etc.)In the second one (the place opposite reception) the member of staff who must tidy up when people leave was very rude and intrusive.

I would definitely recommend this hostel for couples. It was quite just next to Termini Station and very very clean. The only one thing I can say bad is that we stayed in a double bedroom but the beds where two single beds pushed together. That said I would definitely go back and the building had nice character. It felt like staying in an apartment and the cleaner was lovely - we stayed there 5 nights and we had clean bed sheets everyday and towels!

Ariana is a good place to stay : good location, near to Termini station and bus, quiet. Our room was comfortable, clean and we felt safe. The breakfast is not the best part : very simple (prepacked toasts and croissants, coffee...). The staff was quite nice.

Breakfast isn't great: prepacked bread and toast, and a coffee and vitamin drink. But what do you expect. Room itself was fine.

Good location, next to Termini Station and main attractions. It`s basically an apartment, so don`t expect any fun, is more suitable for couples or family. The place doesn`t have any reception, you check-in in a hotel nearby. The staff were helpful, the rooms are clean, and a nice breakfast. Good value for money.

5 minutes walk away from Rome Termini train station, this hostel is great value for money. Not only is it air-conditioned, my double bed room comes with a safe and wall-mounted flat screen tv! Not to mention, breakfast was included and there's even a common fridge to use. Owner was very helpful in introducing the city to us. The best hostel I've stayed in over my 17 day vacation around UK, Spain and Italy!

Hola, la verdad es que es un lugar bastante barato, pero he estado en lugares baratos mejores. La locacion esta bien, cerca de la estacion termini, para personas que siguen su viaje por italia, es conveniente, porque asi, estas cerca de la estacion de trenes. Pero las instalaciones bastantes precarias. La calefaccion no funcionaba y pasamos bastante frio, funcionaba solamente una luz de las tres lamparas que habian, y el desayuno era en una mini habitacion donde no cabian mas de dos personas. Ad

Absolutely perfect place to stay. Location was great, and after staying in similar priced hostels in Amsterdam and London, this was complete luxury. Much nicer than we expected. We were totally satisfied. Very romantic.
