Nice place, nice pets, nice breakfast. The room (with private bath) was clean. The house itself is a bit old and on a decline , it should be easy to make the house more attractive. But no complaints at all, excellent place to stay in Venice! C.H., from Netherlands ~ 22nd Sep 2009

Located in Lido, which is an another island beside Venice, but quite simple to get there. About 1hr of vaporetto from the train station. The woman is really nice and really helpful. Nice place to stay! Lysanne, from Canada ~ 1st Sep 2009

olivia is a nice & welcoming person, who offers a very good place, also cheap. it's 5 min. away from the beach and 15 min. from the pizza st marco (with water bus). (big) breakfast on terrace, room was big enough, with a shower, tv, etc. the kitchen was also nice and confortable. a really good address for a charming trip in venice/lido. thank you olivia for your kindness boche, from France ~ 18th Jul 2009

The place is really great. There is a lovely lady running it, she doesn't speak much English (only Italian, Spanish and French) but it's not a problem at all. The B&B is on a lovely island of Lido, about 20min vaporetto ride from central Venice. Lido's great in itself and there's a beautiful beach 5min walk from the place (!!). Plus there's amazing breakfasts on the terrace overlooking a lovely canal every morning :)). Brilliant !!! Antoni, from Poland ~ 14th Jul 2009

My girlfriend and I spent a week at B&B Livia Oliva in Venice and we couldn't have made a better choice. Everything was perfect, from the breakfast in the morning, to the charming room, to the quiet island of Lido. Really nice woman, doesnt speak much english but hs Italian and French, top breakfast. Not ideally situated, you can be at St Marks square in 15-20 minutes, but you paz for what you get and for venice this isnt bad. Oh and she has a cat and a dog. Alexander, from England ~ 4th Apr 2009
