The location is superb....in Downtown Berlin close to most museums and sightseeing. Not so many cheap restaurants as in other places in Berlin (Kreuzberg for instance) but you can find something affordable few blocks away. The men's shower is communal and something that most people are not expecting. The hostel should install curtains or cheap separators or something like that. Security is excellent...you get a card to enter the room and nobody can get in without the card. You also get your own Jorge, from Venezuela ~ 14th Oct 2009

its really close to the alexander plattz . one of the main important locattions in berlin... but the hostel is not clean. the room carpets are dirty... no wc in the rooms. no soup in wc. the staff is a little rude. the bycle renting is really hard you should pay 50euro deposits... Õîñòåë â ñàìîì öåíòðå Áåðëèíà. Ïðåäñòàâëÿåò ñîáîé áûâøóþ ãîñòèíöó, â íîìåðàõ êîòîðîé ïîñòàâèëè äâóõýòàæíûå êðîâàòè. Äâåðü â âàííóþ íå çàïèðàëàñü... Øêàô÷èêè çàïèðàëèñü ïëîõî.  ìîå âðåìÿ òàì ðàñïîëîæèëñÿ êàêîé-òî øêîëüíûé îòðÿä. Øóì ñòîÿë âåçäå ñ ñàìîãî óòðà, à âå÷åðîì, êîãäà ïðèøëà â 23 ÷àñà, âñå óæå ñïàëè.. 2nd floor, just one bahtroom for the whole floor? Why do the cleaning of this bathroom at 8.00 am when most people is gettin shower? The door and the window remain opened while doing this.
