Guesthouse Bon in Pamukkale, Japan

The staff was super-helpful, providing us with loads of information, giving us three maps (one of which was a bus map), advising us cheap places to eat nearby (we went and they were really delicious) and even taking us to the station with the car when we left early in the morning. The room was nice, a bit small, but had a fan, air conditioning and the futon was prepared for us by the staff.

Guesthouse Bon was very cute and traditional Japanese style. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice and heated. The shower and toilet are kind of outdoors which can be very cold in Winter but a really cool place to stay in Kyoto.
