HI-Hostal Versalles in Cochabamba, Bolivia

When we arrived the room we reserved was taken. So first we had to pay more, we didn't agree! After a long talk we good have the room cheaper. Later that day we had to move again to another room. The people aren't friendly, exept for one guy that worked there in the evening. He is very nice. You can't kook here, no toiletpaper etc etc. Just don't go here, really don't!
