We enjoyed our stay here. It was in a good area. Close to the park and the centre of the city without being too noisy, and it felt safe. The staff were helpful and friendly. excellent kitchen/bar staff, pepared a bbq and offered a full course meal for an excellent price. the evening incuded a live singer/guitarist and was a great way to meet with new people. The specifications on hostel.com are false. .there is no parking and no complimentary beer on arrival. One of the best hostels we have come across, Really friendly staff, clean room, really clean bathrooms. The bbq is amazing value and makes for a great night meeting new travellers. Can be a bit noisy at night but nothing compared to some places! Good location for all the nice parts of santiago and for Bellavista. katie, from England ~ 16th Nov 2009

One of the best hostels I´ve ever been in. The staff is super helpful and goes above and beyond. not only that but they are working to make the area better on the whole.
