We enjoyed our stay here. It was in a good area. Close to the park and the centre of the city without being too noisy, and it felt safe. The staff were helpful and friendly. One night we enjoyed a great BBQ with free wine and traditional Chilean music. Thankyou very much.

excellent kitchen/bar staff, pepared a bbq and offered a full course meal for an excellent price. the evening incuded a live singer/guitarist and was a great way to meet with new people.
The specifications on hostel.com are false. .there is no parking and no complimentary beer on arrival. Also. . .returning to my dorm to find someone else in my bed was a shock, and the problem was not attended to. .just an 'oh sorry' is not satisfactory.

Great hostel, right in the middle of the city, a bit loud at night, but super comfortable. And the mango sours were fantastic!

One of the best hostels we have come across, Really friendly staff, clean room, really clean bathrooms. The bbq is amazing value and makes for a great night meeting new travellers. Can be a bit noisy at night but nothing compared to some places! Good location for all the nice parts of santiago and for Bellavista.

One of the best hostels I´ve ever been in. The staff is super helpful and goes above and beyond. not only that but they are working to make the area better on the whole. They also told us about Aguaventura down the street which became our insiders guide to climbing volcanoes. Great Hostel!!!!

very nice and friendly staff, specially: Monica, Blanca, Chalie and Frank. Nice price considering the prices of the others hostels in Santiago
Nice place to stay, but better staying on the second flor. good bedrooms there. fresh aired and sunny... the first flor is a little humid
