Good area, steps are not so bad, staff was very helpfull, bed sheets and towels very clean.But my bedroom was awful. Bed like in hospital, making lots of noise, very very tiny and dark and i could hear everyone around, even showers, toiletts, people on the phones and so on. Hostal Muralles is an an excellent location. One thing to note would be that when they say its on the fourth floor, they actually mean that its on the fifth and that the staircases are extraordinarily steep and long. Worth it, but our quads were burning, especially after hoofing it around the city all day. Shawn, from USA ~ 27th Mar 2009
