lovely location but very damp

We try to give to our guests a good place to stay , to provide a good service and to be simply and human. We are a very disappointed when somebody like Mr.Evamy have a opportunity to make such a bed review to us even He did not pay full amount for second night.(They run away and left the key ad money -only 700.00 Kuna for two Nights. Thanks
