rough round the edges, but clean enough. friendly staff and very near to the subway. yes the area is slightly strange but not dangerous. bathrooms are communal aprt from one private shower, no problem though. amazing value for money for a private room though.

The location seemed to be in a dodjy area but we had no problems at all and still felt completely safe the whole stay.
