Its nice hostel with very good location. Only 100 m to Duomo. Many bars and restaurants on the street.

I thought the staff was very helpful and friendly. I staying in a single room with bath and I had everything I needed - towels, hairdryer, kettle, etc. There was also free internet. And even a few extra perks - tv/dvd player.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful, but beware of the 2 flights of stairs if you have too much luggage. The only other flaw is that there is little or no social space, so it is difficult for solo travelers to meet people.

Great atmosphere! Ricardo was extremely helpful and friendly as were the other staff. Free internet was great.Can get a bit noisy at night but earplugs solve that.

This is simply the best stay for the price. my private room was exactly what I wanted, the locations was great and the staff went out of their way to help me find my around the city, deal with lost luggage and were great to just chat with.
