This hostel is right beside the bus station which is very handy. The staff was super helpful and the facilities were all clean and comfortable. Its a little bit of a walk from the city centre, but I liked that. I'm booked to stay there again and would very much recommend it! My staying in Jacobs in was very pleasant. Everyone employed there was kind and greeting me everytime i passed them by. We had lots of space in our 6 bed mixed dorm and everything was neat and tidy. Your basic hostel with everything in order for backpackers or other budget travellers. It has a great common room where it is easy to hook up with other travelers, kitchen is nice and has the required accessories. There wasn't much happening the two days I was there, but was well out of season, so that's probobly why. The staff was very friendly and helpfull with my every need. Bathrooms are awesome here!Breakfast is included, that's a plus, and of course there's wifi, good reception too.Located right next to a train station and very close to the shopping on Henry St.Easy to get to if you're coming from Heuston station, and from the airport. Staff was really kind and good security. Room was big and clean, it's like a hotel which we just share a room with some people. I was so impressed. Breakfast was not bad. The atmosphere was nice for all ages. I would love to stay this hostel again! EMI, from Japan ~ 27th Nov 2011
