I would not stay here again. We got eaten alive by mosquitos during our sleep. The staff were unhelpfull. We were without power for two nights! That means, no internet, cold showers, and no lights! The staff could care less and gave us 10 euro for our troubles! Never stay at this hotel if you want a good vacation! Sara, from USA ~ 7th Aug 2011

I totally agree with Neoklis from Greece (10 March, 2011), the staff (young male guy) was a total a h le: rude, offensive and doesn't listen. When I rang the doorbell I said "buona sera" and he just said in a grumpy attitude "do you have reservation?" When I said "it was a bit difficult for me to find this place even with the directions written on the website", he said "it's impossible, everybody gets here easily". When I told I came to Venice on my own, he said "why don't you come w Read Owner Comments Takeshi, from Japan ~ 19th Jul 2011

The hostel is situated close to the Rialto bridge and the fish market, but it is not so easy to find. The breakfast was ok, the rooms were large, the wifi was free, and one of the rooms we've had had its own bathroom. Cristian, from Romania ~ 12th Jul 2011

The staff is great! It's like a hotel - very clean, pleasant atmosphere, spacious, nice breakfast in the morning with cereal, croissant, tea, juice... Not a huge selection, but I was very happy with it. They just ask that you wash the dishes when you're done. The location is close to a lot of shops, Realto bridge, and boats to lido and Merano. It's kind of far from the train station but walkable if you don't have more than 2 bags. No locker but things felt fairly safe. Would stay again. Justin, from USA ~ 2nd Jul 2011

It was in a good location, again quite hard to find. It was decent and clean, the only complaint would be that without the ac (10 euros a day) we wanted to keep the windows open, but ended up getting eaten by mosquitos after just 10 mins. Oh, and there was also a large centipede that ran across the bed when we were on our way out. Thank God we were leaving by then, or else I wouldn't have been able to sleep. This is actually a B&B, bu it is very well organized. Beds are very good, rooms clean and organized. Very well located, just a short walk from the Rialto bridge and cities main sights. There are two BIG drawbacks: First, the directions are WRONG! After you cross the bridge, you will reach a street and you will have to turn two times right and then left into a very tiny street. At the end, there will be the hostel reception, wich is also the reception of a hotel with a totally different name. The Read Owner Comments Rodrigo, from Brazil ~ 8th Jun 2011
