Nice hostel. You have to climb a few steps to get up there but most of La Paz is pretty steep. Dorms are left open but security boxes with plugs for charging are provided. There was work going on outside our dorm that started at 8:30am but otherwise a good hostel. Lots of fun and resonably priced food available in the bar Emily, from Wales ~ 18th Oct 2009
