If you are in La Paz for party, this is the place. If you want to sleep, pick another place. Bar is open until 5am and people are running around until that time. Fresh and clean otherwise and good staff. Marcus, from Sweden ~ 17th Jan 2012

Loki is a great hostel in the recently re-developed 100+ year old Victoria Hotel. The location, character, security and cleanliness are superb BUT be warned this is a YOUTH hostel (average age seemingly 17/18) with a huge resident capacity, expect excessive drinking, nudity, raging hormones and bed hopping... In my room someone got so drunk they urinated/split "water" in the corner of the room rather than use the toilet next door... nice :-/ Benjamin, from England ~ 27th Aug 2011
