Close location to train station & very good accommodations. Sufficient though not copious space. Loved the free wireless internet, computer with internet, satellite tv, and free skype phone calls to US. Bathroom / beds were fine. Kitchen available for use. Helpful tips for sights / places to eat. No breakfast included but cafes nearby. Not an incredibly social atmosphere, but fine w/ me. The staff was warm and friendly and we just loved them. The room was very charming and they are redecorating all the rooms, adding a coffee and snack machine and a breakfast bar. These people are on the move. It was also quiet despite the location close to the train station. By the way, we stayed at the sister hotel, Hotel Ester. Cathy, from USA ~ 12th Oct 2009

I have traveled all over Australia and New Zealand and this by far is the best hostel that I have ever stayed at. It's literally a 5 minute walk from the train station and soo close to ALL sightseeing! I recommend this hostel to everyone and anyone that is staying in Florence. Marco and is family are GREAT!!
